Good Workplace

Offering a good workplace is critical to attracting, retaining, and growing the human capital we need to thrive as a Group.

We aim to be a responsible employer and do not tolerate any form of discrimination.

Highlights for FY 23/24

    • With 2,725 staff, our headcount has slightly increased. (+4% compared to FY22/23); whereas the percentage of women remained quite stable with 23%, compared to 24% in FY22/23.
    • 23% of management positions are held by women, which has slightly decreased, compared to 25% in FY22/23.
    • Our incident frequency rate has improved significantly, from 1.4 incidents per 200,000 hours worked in 2023 to 1.0 in 2024.
    • We trained 4,572 people. However, the number of people trained decreased compared to the previous FY22/23 (6,676).
